We Are The Farm grows pesticide free, fertilizer free vegetables on a 7 hectare organic farm in Chiba Prefecture and delivers them to its restaurants within two to four hours of harvest. The menu is vegetable forward with Italian leanings, covering salads, pastas, hot pot, and seasonal dishes built around whatever the farm is producing that week. Chicken and beef options are also available for those who want protein. Locations across Shibuya, Meguro, Akasaka, Toyosu, Ebisu, and Azabu Juban make it one of the more accessible farm to table options in Tokyo.
