T's Restaurant is the flagship location of the brand behind T's TanTan, the vegan ramen chain found in Tokyo and Narita Airport train stations. Tucked into the basement of the Luz building in Jiyugaoka, it offers a wider menu than its ramen focused siblings: tantan noodles alongside vegan lasagna, doria, gyoza, massaman curry, rice flour pizza, and soy milk based cheese dishes. Everything is fully vegan with no meat, seafood, eggs, or dairy. The interior has a warm, cabin like feel with exposed brick, wooden furniture, and a comfortable sofa corner. Founded by Masako Shimokawa in 2009, the restaurant was her original concept before the TanTan ramen shops expanded across Tokyo.
