About
Noeud TOKYO is a Michelin starred and Green Star awarded French restaurant in Nagatacho built around chef Naoto Nakatsuka's concept of all sustainable cuisine. The 11 course dinner experience showcases seasonal, locally sourced ingredients that the chef personally selects by visiting production areas. While the standard menu includes meat and seafood, the kitchen prepares dedicated vegan and vegetarian courses with advance notice, applying the same level of technique and presentation. Non alcoholic pairings developed by the chef and sommelier are available alongside the wine list.
