HEMP CAFE TOKYO
Vegan
HEMP CAFE TOKYO is a fully vegan restaurant in Ebisu that opened in July 2017, built around hemp as both a superfood and a wellness ingredient. The menu skews Mexican: burritos, taco rice, nachos, and salad bowls, all plant based and incorporating hemp in various forms. The taco rice and Mexican burrito are both ¥1,380 and are the most ordered items. CBD drops can be added to any drink for ¥300. The cafe is produced by Keiichi Kato, who also runs Rainbow Rawfood, a well known Tokyo raw food restaurant. The interior has a relaxed, West Coast surf aesthetic on the eighth floor of a building near Ebisu Station.
