Vegan

CORI is a fully vegan restaurant tucked inside a residence building near Komazawa Daigaku Station in Setagaya. The space is intentionally hard to find (look for the Nepalese restaurant Nepalico on the main street, then turn into the alley), which gives it a genuine hideaway quality. The menu centers on soy based burgers, falafel pita plates, and karaage plates, all served with homemade sauces. The craft beer selection is a draw in itself. The tofu teriyaki burger and falafel hummus sandwich are frequently singled out. Orders are placed via QR code, and the operation is run by a small team of two.

Good to Know:

  • Open Thursday through Sunday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Closed Monday through Wednesday.
  • Three minute walk from Komazawa Daigaku Station on the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line.
  • Staff speak English. Menu is accessible via QR code.
  • Wheelchair accessible. Takeout and Uber Eats delivery available.
  • No sister restaurants. Independent operation.
